MONTREAL, Oct. 16, 2007 – The aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider ACTS Aero Technical Support & Services Inc. continues to expand its customer base with the conclusion of a new 10-year agreement, representing an estimated value of C$70 million, with U.S.-based SkyWest Airlines.

Under terms of the agreement, ACTS will provide a full range of services on a significant number of components for SkyWest's fleet of 121 Bombardier CRJ-200 and 70 CRJ-700 Regional Jets. The Line Replaceable Units (LRU) covered under the terms of the contract include a range of airframe and engine components.

"We're excited to welcome SkyWest Airlines to our growing portfolio of customers," said Chahram Bolouri, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACTS. "We're pleased that an increasing number of airlines are responding positively to the range of customized maintenance solutions we provide, as
well as the proven capabilities and experience of our employees."

"Our strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities across the Americas in components and engines are indeed paying off, and we expect that trend to continue in the coming months," added Mr. Bolouri.
