ExelTech Aerospace announces CFO change
ExelTech Aerospace Inc. Venture: announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Charles Laflamme.

MONTREAL, May 29 /CNW Telbec/ – ExelTech Aerospace Inc. Venture: a leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services in the aerospace industry, today announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Charles Laflamme, effective mid July, 2006, to pursue other opportunities. At that time, Mr. Laflamme will become a consultant to the Company in the areas of financial strategy and analysis. A search is currently underway and the Company expects to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer by mid July, 2006.
