Premier Aviation adds Nazzani to the fold

June 7, 2013, Trois Rivieres, Que. - Premier Aviation president/CEO Ronnie Di Bartolo has announced that Federica Nazzani will be joining Premier Aviation Overhaul Centre as its Vice President, Business Development effective immediately.

Most recently, Nazzani held the role of president/CEO of the Windsor International Airport during a highly successful six-year tenure which was marked by an exceptionally strong customer and commercial focus.

"Ms. Nazzani brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic and corporate development, finance and government relations," Di Bartolo says.

"Over the past 20 years, Nazzani has established a proven track record for continuous improvement and financial growth; she will bring her demonstrated passion and managerial skills to build on Premier's success and strengthen its competitive and financial position in the marketplace."

Until December 2012, Nazzani served as vice-chairperson of Small Airport Caucus of the Canadian Airport's Council during her four-year term as a member of the Airport's Council International (ACI) Canada Board of Directors. Additionally, she has extensive Board governance experience over the past seven years as a former Board Director for Windsor Essex Regional Chamber, Windsor Family Credit Union, Enwin Energy and Windsor Utilities Commission. Federica is both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator and has an Honours Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Waterloo.
